Privacy on this website

This page covers this website only. ShotProof the app is not yet released; its full privacy policy, covering face verification and search, will be published here before launch and before anyone can enrol.

Short version: this site collects an email address, only if you type one in, and uses it once — to tell you when ShotProof launches where you live.

What we collect

Your email address, if you submit the early access form. Nothing else. We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on this site, and we do not set cookies.

Why we collect it

To notify you when ShotProof becomes available in your country. We will not send newsletters, marketing sequences or partner offers to this list.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our hosting provider, which may store data outside Australia. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request.

How long we keep it

Until launch notification is sent, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email admin@shotproof.site and we will action it. Under the Australian Privacy Act you may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner; if you are in the EU or UK, your local supervisory authority.

When the app launches

The app's privacy policy will be a separate, fuller document covering biometric handling, consent, retention and deletion. The design commitment we are building to, and will be held to, is that face templates are generated and stored on your own device and are never uploaded to us.

This policy covers the pre-launch website only. It will be replaced before the app is released.
